Companion earned aboard the Barge. He first noticed that there was something unusually familiar about Rex. He started being friendly and protective of him because of it. Finally, he pinpointed that it was because he was so reminiscent of Davros, and he still felt guilt for blowing up Skaro. Manipulative and he knows it. The CIA is always manipulative and cunning and ruthless, sometimes dangerously so. He also sees that he can open up to his way of thinking. Either way, he wants to Narvin | The Charming Bastard |
