I want to make a therapy centre, to add onto the infirmary. Whenever we have that proposed meeting, I was planning to bring it up, but I wanted to have it fully formulated before I did.

The point of it would be that some people would have options to go to after traumatic floods. A calming voice to talk to, a reassuring cup of tea, advice on how to get out of a damaging warden and inmate pairing. And if someone needs some manner of mood stabilizing medication that would be available in their universe should they leave, we can decide upon that as well.

With only two people, it'll be difficult but doable because we really must be able to speak with a party that's as neutral as possible. It's impossible for me to propose alone. With a few or even several? Completely manageable.

...I know with your recent difficulties, debating bureaucracy isn't one of your strong suits. Neither is it mine. But giving people health and comfort was what was most important, and I have full confidence that we can learn from our former mistakes and use them to assist others.
