Rassilon happened. [D: is right!]

He's utterly convinced Omega will take him from the ship without need of graduation. Even if it is or isn't true, Rose never had much of a chance of getting anywhere with him. The impression is firmly fixed in his mind. [The saddest part is despite being angry he wishes that he had more "f"s for that.]

Surely Omega knows that he can't take Rassilon. Every escape attempt I've seen that wasn't Admiral-sanctioned has ended up in complete terror.

The Master did manage to escape. So it might not be an idle statement. But then again, Rassilon might be exaggerating.

In any case, it explains why Rose went through so much difficulty.

Well obviously we're going to have to talk to Omega about this.

I told Rassilon's new warden about it, but I wonder about the position it puts Braxiatel in. He knows what Rassilon has done. He's intelligent enough to have kept an eye on both of them. And he must know what's being asked for his redemption.

...I don't even know what it is that he did. I believe I'm afraid to find out.

I certainly don't know what he did. I would ask Gaheris, but that's being a bit too nosy for my tastes.

He may or may not. I know that he and Braxiatel are close, close enough for him to worry about Brax more than he worries about himself.

Some of us hold ourselves together by worrying about other people. But I won't deny appreciating those that worry about me.

I agree with that point. Though, I feel sorry for those that hold together by worrying. It sounds awfully stressful.

Admittedly it's not all worrying. I've quite a bit of fun with them.

And times like now, they're there to calm me down. [So he doesn't go do something horrible and manipulative.]

Thank heavens for that. [Because you're a bit of a scary regeneration sometimes. :/]

But this brings us completely around from the main topic: what to do with Omega.

I don't even know if he told him that yet. It seems such a far-fetched thing to say.

Though frankly, I don't see how we can find out if he said it or not without actually asking him.

I do know that Omega harboured Rassilon from his last warden while he was injured. And that the idea is so fixed in Rassilon's head, even if Omega didn't say it he'll have to be the one to tell him otherwise.

You're right about that. I suppose we'll have to tell Omega what Rassilon said, at least to get his side of the story.

I think unfortunately this is the point where I do need to stop meddling. I've handed off the necessary information to Rassilon's warden and declared my inability to help to Rassilon. That's... all I can do, I'm afraid. [Because he knows him.]

Well, I haven't meddled yet. And it's been quite a while since I last meddled, so I think I'll give it a go!
