If by 'dealt with' you mean calmly addressing Mr. Russett's concerns and accusations, whether they seem outrageous or even a little offensive, then yes, I agree.

We need to stop assuming that everyone's going to react to our medical practices in the same way. What's standard to some can be bewildering to others. I think also think that discussing Mr. Russett's opinions like they're a threat is the wrong way to go about this, as is cutting Mr. Russett out of the equation in order to worry about the impact this may or may not have on his inmate.
