[He sits and pours two snifters. Usually his Gallifreyan metabolism would burn right through alcohol too quickly for any possibility of getting drunk off it. But with a little concentration he can will his metabolism to slow if he wants to. And after a day like today, he wants to. Tonight it's his turn to come home a little bleary-eyed and smelling of booze.]
