[The Doctor is in his TARDIS console room, and looking worse for the wear. Hat's off and sweating and his eyes are ringed darkly. He has a collection of experiments lined up in front of him.]

I've lost track of my inmate. The Joker... the flood, I couldn't keep up with him. [He coughs, and catches his breath.] I need someone to find him. My watch. You'll need my watch to find him. Don't stare into it too hard. It's not a normal... it's not a normal watch.

[He wipes his brow and has to stop again, just to collect his words.]

The scanning devices in the TARDIS can't tell me why I'm running a temperature. One hot even for a human. I'm.... I don't know... I can't think...

[And he collapses, knocking off a couple of the devices as he drops.]

[Well, shit. Awkward carnie family or no awkward carnie family, Tim still likes the Doctor. The moment he sees this, he's jogging out of his room toward Seven's. It's a difficult choice, between finding the Joker immediately and getting to the Doctor - but not that difficult. If the door is locked, well. Tim's very good at picking locks. He's inside before too long - and hopefully the TARDIS is open. That's not a lock easy to pick.]

[And since the Doctor's pretty much the only warden aside from his own, but he'll never admit that that Rex gives a damn about, he gives his communicator a very concerned stare, before pocketing it and heading on over to the Doctor's cabin. He doesn't take his time, but he doesn't sprint for the room, either. By the time he gets there, the door's already open. This could mean that somebody's already there to help... or that the Doctor's inmate decided to show up to take advantage of the situation. Quietly, he pushes the door open a little further, then relaxes slightly when he sees that it's just Sylar's warden.]

He typically doesn't lock it.

[There, Rex is so helpful. He'd just open the TARDIS door, himself, but Tim's already closer.]

[The door was open for the moment. It was too much trouble to close it when he was running in and out, and already wasn't feeling well. He managed, barely, to prop himself up to sitting beside the console.

It could have been Cybermen traipsing in for all he knew at first, giving the door a bleary look. Before the bright Tim-shaped thing and the unfocused dark Rex-shaped thing took form.] I believe someone has an "I told you so," coming to them. It's all right.... I think I deserve it.

[Tim jerked around as the door opened and Rex spoke, sizing up the other man for a moment before nodding. He didn't know what stock Rex had in the Doctor, or why he was there; Tim headed right into the TARDIS to crouch next to Seven, keeping Rex in sight.]

You look terrible, [he said, and reached for the Doctor's arm to pull it over his shoulder.] Why didn't you go to the infirmary?

[He paused, glancing around. It was like a playground he was too busy to play with.] Where's your watch?

[Rex, king of prioritizing, took a brief moment to be miffed that the warden was keeping his eye on him, then turned his attention to the Doctor.]

I'll spare you the gloating for another time, Doctor.

[He took in the state of the other man, then approached him cautiously.] Are you susceptible to any of the diseases typically found on Earth?

[If this was another outbreak of the bubonic plague, or of SARS... Rex was going to go ballistic. Still, he wanted to get some handle on what they were potentially dealing with, and the watch wasn't really a priority to him. He figured Tim could handle that detail.]

And assume by the time Adric sees this, he's already on his way to the infirmary

[Once he's been mostly attended to, the Doctor lays in the infirmary, hazily drifting in and out of conciousness and sleeping like he's never needed to before. He's drowsing lightly whenever Adric comes in, and too tired to be embarrassed of his terrible hospital gown should he wake. Phenomenally boring, those things.]

Once it was clear that the Doctor had been taken to the infirmary, Adric was in less of a hurry, but still quite concerned, so he stopped by the kitchen to make him some tea before swinging swinging by the infirmary, thermos in hand. Settling down in a chair next to the Doctor, he noticed the Doctor was asleep, so he stayed quiet for the moment.

Presuming everyone can see the video bit, tell me if I misinterpreted that. c:

[Indeed, he did. But since Seven isn't at his journal to take the message, you enjoy those nightmares of the Joker chasing after you with a knife, a blown up condom, and a can of string beans. Possibly not in that order.]

[Congratulations, Seven's just accidently ensured that Warren isn't going to be leaving his room for three or four days. Unless he thinks that the Joker might find him there.]

[He's probably hiding under your bed, right now. Sliding out slowly on his back on a car repair truck with a toothy grin. Or in your closet. Hear that sound? That's the Joker possibly eating Doritos, thinking of what he's going to do when you open the door.]
