[Public | Audio]

I humbly request that no one enter the CES from 8:00 to 8:30 pm standard Barge time. I'll be [destroying things] conducting experiments. If anyone has plans I can adjust my schedule to accommodate. [Pleasant pleasant.]

[This part is accidentally video, it was supposed to be audio. His room is wrecked around the nice blue box. His hands are shaking. He's so angry. He's so mad he's pretty sure he can taste colors. He's that mad.]

Talk me out of it. Talk me out of it, right now. [He pulls in a tight breath around his teeth.] I need... a voice of reason... at the moment. My worst nature is about to get the better of me and I know that it is.

So. Talk me out if it before I do something I regret because I'm having a wretched time of managing it on my own! [All of the furious "R" rolling.]

[Private to Dallas | Audio]

[As cool and collected as he can manage.] I would like you to come to the CES with me.

[Private to Stildyne]

There's something you ought to be made aware of, in regards of your new inmate.

[The last time Narvin saw the Doctor anything *near* like this, they were destroying snow Daleks. He wonders what the hell just happened.]

It would help if I knew what I'm supposed to be talking you out of. [Not very sympathetic-sounding, but then Narvin's not usually good at sympathy. But he does sound calm and reasonable and maybe that'll be enough to help at least a little bit.]

[He shoves a bit of conversation at Narvin. Just a small bit.]

Don't count on Rassilon ever improving any time soon. This ship will never break him, after all. [Venom. Slimey, angry, talk-people-into-destroying-their-planets venom. Cosmos he could use a snow Dalek to destroy right now. Hence CES time.]

[Cue Gallifreyan swearing.]

Break him? He thinks the wardens will break him? I could show him what-- [No, not helpful. Or very warden-like or lawful. Even if he does hate Rassilon as much as he admires the myth of Rassilon, and can never quite decide if he wants to honour him or shoot him.]

Whatever you do, don't act hastily. It's not a critical emergency; there's time to decide carefully how to approach this.

[Good save, Narvin.] I'm attempting not to. He really believes that he need not graduate to leave. Or that there's anything about him that might require change.

My brother graduates. They save Gallifrey. And they return Rassilon as he is to it with only caring for two people in the universe, Omega and a collective lump he's labelled "his children"...

It would be a disaster. I've seen Gallifreys ruled by tyrants, I don't want to see another.

There must be some way to make him believe that he has to stay, or should stay. [Narvin is not the best person to talk the Doctor down from manipulation. Because his first instinct is to start scheming, too.]

[He's calming down. Yay calming!] Perhaps I should just tell his new warden about it.

Perhaps. His new warden doesn't want to speak behind Rassilon's back, but I think there are a few pieces of information he should know.

Yes, well... he'll get nowhere with him if he can't clear up this matter first. And I wouldn't wish a futile venture on any warden.
