[There's a strange man in Time Lord robes roaming the halls. He's been watching conversations and following along, taking in what's happening. But he doesn't want to intrude. He knows that for some reason that he shouldn't.

However, more than one psychic presence has coaxed him out of his room, away from the irritated TARDIS that's very familiar to him (she doesn't like this psychic aggression, she doesn't like it at all). And now he's trying to keep track of where the most damage is.]

Why is that? [He's going to follow along and pluck flowers because... well he's never seen flowers like these! He's never left Gallifrey. He's always wanted to, though. It seems like seeing what other planets have to offer would be nice. But he's such a prominent figure and those laws of temporal interference are so strict...]

[The rest of the flower left in the ground withers quickly when plucked; they can't sustain themselves far from the Lifebinder anyway.]

Perhaps not enough people are giving you strength. [Which are how the gods once worked in his culture. And that's very much what she strikes him as.]
